The XYZ CT65 CNC lathe specification and features:

23HP / 17kW spindle,

200mm hydraulic chuck,

4500 RPM spindle,

1500mm LNS barfeed, with a 65mm bar capacity,

Hainbuch quick change collet system, with a wide range of collets.

12 station, 30 VDI auto-change turret,

320mm Z-Axis travel, 185mm X-Axis travel,

Max turn length 260mm, max turn diameter 220mm, max swing 400mm,

X and Z Axis rapid traverse 20m/min.

Control is provided by the latest Siemens 828D Shopturn, conversational control.

We also have a Ward 7 capstan lathe with bar feed complemented by a wide variety of tooling, which we utilse for specific tasks.
